What can ESER 3D GIS do?
- Eser Corp has invented a novel massively parallelizable algorithm for automatically selecting preliminary drilling sites from aeromagnetic data. This algorithm has been implemented in NVIDIA's GPGPU CUDA framework.
- This algorithm may be used to identify probable hydrocarbon reserves from low-cost aeromagnetic surveys prior to conducting more costly 3D seismic surveys, geophysical analysis, legal due-diligence, and land work.
- Another feature of ESER 3D GIS is the ability to automatically generate three dimensional subsurface formation maps from well tops data.
- These subsurface maps can be visualized on an overlay of existing well locations, leases, pipelines, roads, county lines, and legal land description outlines.
